Arcadia: the usual questions
Can a gift arrive in Arcadia today?
Yes — order by 11 a.m. Pacific and a local driver delivers in Arcadia today, seven days a week (businesses noon to 5 p.m., homes noon to 7 p.m.). After the cut-off the checker offers the next delivery day.
Can I customize a basket?
On the product page, Upgrade Your Gift offers premium options for the wine, the size or the core items, and Add Extras adds chocolates, flowers and more. Custom baskets let you choose every item.
Are substitutions ever made?
Sometimes — flowers and some items are seasonal or perishable, so an item may be replaced when needed. In busy periods that can happen without advance notice.
Do you take international orders?
Yes — Los Angeles Baskets is priced in US dollars and senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Delivery within the United States carries no import duty.
How do I track the delivery?
The Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Same-day orders are updated as they move through preparation and delivery.
