    Delivery Policy

    Overview

    We prepare and deliver orders using the delivery method selected at checkout, based on destination, timing, and product eligibility. Available delivery options and estimated dates are displayed during checkout.


    Order Processing

    Orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. If changes are required, customers should contact us as early as possible.

    Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


    Delivery Timing

    Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery timing may vary due to routing, traffic, weather, recipient availability, and operational capacity.

    Residential deliveries are typically completed by the end of the day. Business deliveries are typically completed during standard business hours.


    Same-Day and Expedited Delivery

    Same-day and expedited delivery options may be available for eligible products when orders are placed before the applicable cut-off time shown on the product page or at checkout.

    For perishable or time-sensitive items, selecting an appropriate delivery method (such as same-day, next-day, overnight, or one business day) is recommended to help maintain freshness and quality.


    Delivery Completion

    Deliveries do not require a signature unless otherwise specified. Orders may be left in a secure location or delivered to a concierge, reception desk, or mailroom when appropriate.

    Once proof of delivery has been obtained, responsibility transfers to the recipient.


    Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time the order is placed.

    Address changes must be requested promptly after ordering and before the order ships.

    Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information may be undeliverable.

    Refunds are not issued for orders affected by address errors.


    Remote Locations

    If a delivery address is determined to be remote after an order is placed, an additional service charge may be applied at the purchaser’s expense.

    These charges may be applied at any time after the order is placed, including after the order has been shipped or delivered.


    Undeliverable Orders

    Refunds are not issued for undeliverable orders.

    Re-delivery may incur additional fees.

    Perishable items may need to be remade and cannot always be recovered.

    Incorrect or incomplete address information remains the customer’s responsibility.


    Perishable and Time-Sensitive Items

    Some products are perishable or sensitive to transit conditions.

    Expedited delivery methods such as same-day, next-day, overnight, or one business day are recommended.

    Orders shipped using slower delivery methods may have perishable items replaced with non-perishable alternatives at our discretion to maintain product quality.


    Substitutions

    Because some items are seasonal or subject to availability, substitutions may be necessary. In all cases, the overall value, theme, and design of the order are maintained.

    Due to order volume, customers may not always be contacted in advance regarding substitutions.


    Alcohol and Regulated Items

    Delivery of alcohol or other regulated items is subject to applicable laws. Age verification and additional delivery requirements may apply where required.


    External Conditions

    Delivery schedules may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public emergencies, labor disruptions, holidays, or transportation network issues.
