Delivery Information

Same-day delivery applies only to eligible addresses in the Los Angeles metro area, for orders placed by 11 a.m. PT.
The delivery date is chosen from the calendar in the builder.
Include the whole address and a phone number for the recipient.
A delivery to a hospital depends on access, the department's procedures and whether the recipient has been discharged.
Let us know quickly if the recipient has left the hospital, so we can redirect the delivery.
Include secure-access details such as apartment, buzzer, concierge or gate codes.
Delivery confirmation is sent where the delivery method supports it.

Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements

Wine, champagne or other alcohol goes in only when you add it as an extra and only where delivery is allowed. The recipient must be of legal drinking age and may be asked for government-issued ID.
